  • Big topics normalized and discussed

Thank you so much for your podcast on Puberty. I was listening to it, not realizing how much my 11 yr old son was listening too. When it ended, I felt empowered and given the language to ask him what he thought about it and what he knew already. He felt comfortable to ask questions and together we went to the library so he could borrow some books to read about puberty. Thanks you for normalizing these topics and in a language both my son and I can understand.

They are thoughtful and well-rounded. Thank you Uplift for another amazing resource!!
