Thank you so much for your podcast on Puberty. I was listening to it, not realizing how much my 11 yr old son was listening too. When it ended, I felt empowered and given the language to ask him what he thought about it and what he knew already. He felt comfortable to ask questions and together we went to the library so he could borrow some books to read about puberty. Thanks you for normalizing these topics and in a language both my son and I can understand.
We have used the Uplift lessons with our family for a year now, and it has been so powerful! The podcast really helps you as the parent or adult to prepare to teach on the topic; I love the discussion Michelle, Amanda, and John have every week with each of their different perspectives. They are thoughtful and well-rounded. Thank you Uplift for another amazing resource!!
Humility episode was well worth the listen! ~ Teaching conflict management and interaction skills is something I can benefit from too (Episode 6) Thank you Michelle, Amanda, and Jon =]
Best parenting podcast! I love the way these guys back up their ideas with stories from their lives and practices. This pod helps not only with my own parenting, but with all my interactions with kiddos. It’s a new world of interconnectedness!
I’m so happy you started doing podcast episodes. Now I can listen and prep for lessons on my commute to/from work.
