Sage’s reminder to tune into the feeling first – and anchor into the frequency of what we’re calling in – was exactly the embodiment cue I didn’t know I needed. I also loved hearing her say we don’t have to reprogram every limiting belief to move forward. It felt like freedom. Also… the warp effect in the intro? Obsessed.
