Sadly, after just two episodes, I’m through with this podcast. Both hosts are too engaged with trying to charm us with self indulgent banner and are too lazy at providing helpful background. The infuriating and constant “I don’t knows, I forget and I didn’t look that up” excuses makes for a shallow show.
So glad to see Jason and Carly back! Thank you especially for ID special show. The interview was fascinating and I came away with a must see crime film that I would have never known about; and that is why I love you two! ( not the band😆 )
This is a really fun podcast covering a lot of great movies. I've listened to about 20 episodes so far and I'm enjoying the chemistry between the hosts and the casual banter. The introduction says that this is an analysis of Film Noir, but not really -- there's no analysis here that you wouldn't find by simply hitting IMDB or Wikipedia as Mr. Morris does. Even then it's remarkable how many facts, names, terminology, etc. he gets wrong but whatevs 🤷🏻♂️

So happy that I was able to catch up with Season 3!! of my favourite podcast! Jason and Carly are so funny and bring so much insight to the table. I love that they will include new as well as old noir and even expand the definition to include a few surprises. Keep on Truckin! ✌️
This is a fun and light-hearted show for anyone that enjoys film noir and everything about Old Hollywood vintage glitz & glam. The hosts have great chemistry and it's fun to listen to their banter and different takes on the films they review.
