This is the best podcast I’ve found for learning Spanish at beginner or intermediate level. He speaks slowly enough to understand easily, but not ridiculously slowly— he speaks at the rate of a laid-back, thoughtful English speaker, so it’s still within the realm of natural speech, which makes it easier to understand.
