Just found your podcast recently & am dipping in & out of episodes. You have a lovely calming voice & I can see there is a lot of variety in the episodes so looking forward to catching up with these. The ‘see out the old year’ 2019/2020 episodes are already going to be great to think about for seeing in 2021.
Loved the podcast, the questions, answers and deep honest and powerful conversation, of these two wonderful women. As a yoga teacher and therapist I find working with emotions one of the most powerful ways to release, transform and move into new statements of living. Thank you Avni for bringing this to light and Marcela for your wonderful work! I can hear how embodied you are ;)
