This podcast is an amazing show, and I cannot recommend it enough. Not only is it so uniquely put together creating a great listening experience, but is packed with so much knowledge and information. Jonathan Kindler discuss anxiety in one of his episodes, now I have never personally struggled with anxiety but having him break down what it is and how it affected people helps me to better understand what it is and help others that struggle with it.
Just listened to the first two episodes… love the fresh approach to emotional health. Jonathan Kindler has a calming effect, anchoring on God’s word and promises, and helping us navigate through the mind games that we find ourselves so often lost in. Really excited to see how this podcast unfolds from here.

I grew up white-knuckling my way through my emotions and the Christian life - I knew all the “right Bible answers,” but I was still left weary. Jonathan & this podcast help hurting hearts by explaining biblical principles not with blunt force, but with the care and tact of a physician. I would highly recommend Sound Mind for anyone seeking to better understand Jesus’ truth and gentleness as our Good Shepherd and Great Physician.
