  • Great guests and topics, but sound quality is horrible

This is a great podcast. I love listening to the majority of the guests and the topics are fascinating. The sound quality, however is the worst of all the podcasts I have ever listened to. It makes it so much more difficult to understand guests who have thick accents. Please fix this. If you’re going to have a podcast titled SOUND health, your sound quality should be stellar.

  • Waste of Time, Scant Information

Sound and healing sounded really interesting, so I downloaded some episodes for a long drive. Unfortunately, the little bits of information they do share is mixed in with lots of rambling talk about their computer problems. I gave them two stars instead of one because they could fix up the podcast, take out some of the unnecessary lag time and discussion, and refocus to have some useful stuff. She is a better interview subject that interviewer, so there is content there to work with if they want... more

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Restorative Potential of Ancient Sounds
Q: What does it mean that the human voice has a mathematical constitution, and why is that a breakthrough?
The idea is that every voice encodes a set of frequencies that align with ancient numerical systems; by comparing vocal prints to these sequences, we can infer root causes and metabolic states, transforming how we understand health signals in the body.
Toxic Legacy - Glyphosate VS The Environment
Q: What sparked your interest in glyphosate and its health effects?
The realization that autism rates and metabolic issues may be connected to environmental toxins led me to investigate glyphosate after a keynote by Don Huber, which opened a path from autism to environmental exposures.
The Messy Middle with Tess Fyalka
Q: What do you think about leaders who fail out loud and how does that vulnerability show up differently when someone first steps into leadership?
All leaders, especially new ones, fail out loud because their actions are closely observed and their responses set the tone for the team. Acknowledging mistakes and showing vulnerability can foster a culture of continuous learning and openness team-wide.
Finally Hopeful: Treating Depression from the Inside Out
Q: How are current meds and therapy models working so far?
At least a third of patients do not respond to traditional treatments and suffer from side effects without true recovery.
Finally Hopeful: Treating Depression from the Inside Out
Q: Does the body distinguish between stressors at the immune level?
Everyone's response to stresses varies based on genetics and personal psychological structure.
