I love this concept. As a person who primarily birds by ear I love the idea of this podcast. I had trouble getting into it though because I could barely hear the birds compared to the voice of the narrator. So mostly it feels like I’m listening to someone name birds in the field which doesn’t do it for me personally. I would be really into this if I could clearly hear the birds, along with the narration.

Annoying walking sounds need to be edited
I misclicked on this podcast but then it put me to sleep in 2 minutes and for some reason I dreamed that I was a bird so yeah 4 stars I guess 👍
Like taking a walk with someone who knows their bird calls! Relaxing, informative, and based in Canada. Also a good episode length, around 25-30 minutes.
My favourite podcast. The Kananaskis recordings have been a real treat. I haven't been able to get to the mountains in recent years due to illness and they sound like home!
