  • So much Mr Waits

July 2023:One host tries to explain what he loves about the Tom Waits style; the other mainly carps and virtue signals. Creates an interesting tension. The quality of guests’ contribution varies but the regular changeovers at least keep it fresh. Main benefit for me has been to take time and pay much more attention to each individual song. They deserve five stars simply because of the dogged persistence which has got them so far. A brilliant idea to which they’ve been faithful for years. more
