Funny and insightful takes on stories I thought there was nothing funny or insightful left to say!
Easily one of the best Who podcasts, with a rotating band of informed and likeable contributors comparing old and new episodes. Amusing, intelligent and always rewarding. The format works well, though perhaps the choice of episodes to compare needs to be based less on superficial features (Pirates! Singing!)and more about how similar themes or ideas are treated differently.
I enjoy Something Who immensely. It has knowledgeable regular contributors who offer entertaining insights on Doctor Who episodes from the classic and modern eras. They often have interesting guests and there’s usually a few chuckles to be had along the way. Sometimes it provides an out loud laugh or two. Recommended.
4 posh Guardian weaders with speech impediments over-analyse Doctor Who.
Always an entertaining and animated discussion - with a group of very knowledgeable contributors on hand to pick through the fascinating details and production minutiae of Dr Who ‘old and new’. Even when I thought I knew the stories inside-out, there was inevitably ‘something new’ to be gleaned from listening these podcasts (apologies for the pun!). Highly recommended.
