  • Ally is so encouraging

I really enjoy her podcast, I wish there were more 🤣 But then she wouldn’t have as much time to run… so I understand lol I love her personality and see a lot of myself in her. She is incredibly encouraging and easy to listen to. I have been running since December 2023 (6 months now) and I am learning so many tricks and tips. Thank you, Ally, for being so kind to others and motivating 🫶🏼 Also, I love the Facebook group community!
