A fantastic eavesdrop into the world of sobriety told by many people from all walks of life! A real Gem, it’s like sittin on the back of the bus just earwiggin to a good yap! Colm is the male version of the Cadburys Caramel Rabbit, he’s that laid back 😎
Each episode is the same as the last, there is nothing that stands out about this podcast it’s just recycled content from the first episode to the last. It’s your stereotypical “self-help” podcast with a host that is one of those “know it all” gurus. The host of the podcast seems very fake, he just doesn’t seem genuine at all and I highly doubt he practices the repetitive garbage that comes from his mouth in his personal life.
I love the way he expresses his feelings .
Great podcast, so honest and inspiring!
Lots of fantastic well being and self development learning with a touch of good old fashioned Dublin humour
