I recently listened to SBGC’s Creativity, Recovery & BPD, and I found it to be incredibly helpful, & enlightening! I don’t often hear people talk about their experience with BPD to the general public, & when I have, the experiences have been from the perspective of a white female/ or therapist.

This episode touched on so many things, what really resonated with me is the feeling of relief when a person that caused trauma or harm dies. For me, this person has yet to pass, but years ago, I was in a space where a family member died and my abuser was there, and I didn’t allow myself to fully grieve the person that I loved who passed because my abuser was there.
