I love that Ali is helping to share and spread the beautiful lens of Somatic Experiencing with the world in an accessible way. SE has changed my life after a health diagnosis sent me on a mental/physical/emotional healing journey. I adore the modality of SE, and believe it is the salve that most of us need in this modern era where disconnection from our bodies, selves, and others is the norm.
Im so grateful I found this podcast. Im a new SEP in Canada and often find that Im struggling to understand the concepts and feel like I know what Im doing. Its just so helpful to listen to these conversations between SEP’s and get a sense of where others are, and how were all using it in our own lives and our work. I wish there were more podcasts like this, specifically about SE.
