  • So Glad You’re Back!

I’ve really enjoyed all the ways you use art to show how food culture appears in art. The use the appearance of food in art as a way to open windows on things that often go unseen is great.

  • Slave Trade and Chocolate

The history of chocolate includes slave plantations all over the world until today so I wouldn’t “thank the Africans for letting us enjoy chocolate”.

  • A wonderful journey through food-related art, history, recipes and memories!

If you are a food-fanatic you can't miss this podcast. Interesting and unique interviews, great stories about art and history and clearly a lot of true passion from Emmerline. She made me call my aunt in Sicily to give me an old and almost forgotten recipe of cotognata (quince marmalade) and she made me buy a tokoyaki pan! Can't wait for the next episode.
