I’ve been listening to Erika’s podcasts from the time she launched this and I find it extremely refreshing and inspiring. As a business owner myself, I am always on the lookout for stories of real people to be inspired from. What makes this series stand out for me is that it brings forward the real meaning of the term “sense of community”. I’m not from a regional / small town and yet there is so much I can learn from these stories.
Can’t wait to see where this goes!
Listening to Erika’s soothing voice always has be coming back for more. I love the content that comes out weekly and I am loving the guests that she has on as well. The honest perspective they bring to the conversation is refreshing. Grab a coffee and be inspired by Erika.
I love it! It’s not boring, it’s very authentic and it’s like listening to your business friend while you’re having coffee.
I’m inspired by Erika and her guests stories.
I love listening to real people stories, I’d love to listen more to these kind of podcasts.
I’m really enjoying listening to Erika and the guests she chooses, each who offer honest and personal perspectives on work and life and how they incorporate their values into what they do. I really appreciate the rural and regional focus and learning about the different kinds of challenges and opportunities that brings.
I’ve enjoyed the first three episodes immensely. Erika has a great rapport with her guests and her guests have great stories to tell. I love that already a few episodes in, measuring success looks so different for each guest.
As a small business owner in a small town I am thoroughly enjoying a glimpse at how others are doing it.
That said, I don’t think you need to have an interest in business to enjoy this, it’s really just compelling people talking about their experiences. Love it!
