This podcast is a brilliant source of information on postpartum with a wide range of guest from many different backgrounds. Jojo has a wealth of knowledge on postpartum and child birth and her philosophy on slowing down during postpartum is very inspiring and hugely needed in today’s society where we are obsessed with productivity. I would highly recommend the podcast to anyone planning or about to give birth (including Dad’s especially) and go through the postpartum period.
My partner loved this, Jo is informative, interesting, super experienced and clearly knows her stuff
