Sleep is paramount to a family’s thrival and Carianna’s approach to sleep training is knowledgeable and supportive. I recommend her podcast to any moms who are struggling with their kid’s sleep schedules. Her rapport with Kayla is fun and makes the podcast an easy listen. Can’t recommend it enough!
We’ve used Carianna’s sleep consulting service twice- once an online Toddler Tune Up course and then a more individual consultation plan when we were really struggling. She was very thorough, thoughtful and non-judgmental (which was huge for my husband to feel comfortable). Then, these podcasts came along and they’ve been great reminders of the practical tips she shared with us. Bonus is they’re the perfect length of time for my commute.

We knew we wanted to work with Carianna after our friends had so much success with her. All our friends who worked with Carianna had great sleepers. All our friends who tried to sleep train without expert help struggled. Sleep training wasn’t easy but Carianna taught us so much and we were so confident in our plan. It was the best investment. Now our little guy sleeps like a rockstar and she turned me into a sleep talking mom! I love listening to her tips so we can continue to stay on the right ... more
Love that the episodes are short, sweet, and to the point. We get real ideas to try without the run around of long episodes or one piece of advice but if you want more info you have to buy something. Great for busy, tired moms!
