  • Exceptional analysis

Explanation of the impacts of Labors 2026 Budget hit hard, I was reeling from that budget with our family being left far worse off under CGT changes. Shari articulated the ways these changes hurt ordinary people who are saving and trying to get ahead so clearly. I was so happy that someone with a microphone and an audience understood my pain and could articulate it so perfectly.. There is still hope. Thank you.

  • Had potential but failed

When Shari first hit the airwaves she was hard hitting and brimming with potential. However, as soon as things got a bit uncomfortable over Covid she abandoned her journalistic principles and was in favour of mandates for experimental vaccines. She’s a fair weather journalist at best. I won’t forget or forgive.

Sharri | 1 June
Q: Can you tell us a bit about what that involved behind the scenes with lobbying President Joe Biden?
The guest describes drafting a letter to the president, seeking to mobilize 33 countries to press for hostage releases, and the challenge of securing signatures from Hollywood peers.
Sharri | 25 May
Q: What mechanisms exist for triaging National Security Hotline reports, and how did this process fail in 2007 and 2014 according to the guest?
The guest explains that hotline reports are triaged and handed to the relevant jurisdictions, with ownership assigned to make inquiries; however, critical information was not disseminated effectively to ASIO or NSW Police, contributing to missed warning signs.
Sharri | 11 May
Q: If this is applied to productive assets, should the changes to capital gains tax be broader or focused on particular classes of assets?
Tim Wilson argues the changes should be narrowly tailored to preserve investment incentives, with concerns that broad application could stifle startup growth and AI-driven productivity, while maintaining political credibility by addressing negative gearing and tax credits in a controlled way.
Sharri | 13 April
Q: Is the ad the right move to address the fuel crisis, or is it just political spin?
The host and Tim Wilson suggest it's political theater that doesn't address underlying issues like or inflation and supply, while some guests acknowledge messaging challenges and potential policy gaps in energy security.
Sharri | 16 March
Q: Grace, why does Grace Tame's chant 'globalise the Intifada' cause such a reaction here in Australia?
The host argues the chant is a provocation that fuels anti-Semitic violence and recounts how media outlets have handled her statements in ways that appear to soften or normalize the provocative rhetoric, prompting a broader critique of media accountability.
