A therapist’s exploration of Sister Wives, one episode at a time. In Sister Wives Go to Therapy, I examine the family dynamics, emotional undercurrents, red flags, and personal development portrayed on screen, through a clinical lens. No diagnoses, just thoughtful reflections on what happens when polygamy, patriarchy, and parentification collide in one complicated family.

This is such an interesting take on the show I’ve watched dozens of times.
I really enjoyed this podcast! I’ve been a long term Sister Wives watcher and have always wanted to hear the thoughts of a therapist about this situation. Your thoughts are honest and delivered with empathy.
Loved listening to this podcast, hopefully she adds more, I binged all of the episodes because it was so good. I love listening podcast about old episodes
Stumbled upon this via a recommendation on socials. I already listen to so many SW recap pods but this one is a fresh perspective and just simply put - well done! It takes a lot of skill to podcast solo especially about such a generally boring show :D but the host provides insight that no other podcast currently does. Keep up the good work. Also the sound quality is excellent and the pacing is perfect! five stars well deserved!
