在豬屠口的樹德公園裡，曾經有過孩子打赤腳玩耍和撿落葉挖土坑燜烤地瓜的年代，當今則有頗受孩子們歡迎的大型攀爬遊具......，但無論如何，大多數的孩子，對公園的印象，都是白天的。然而，Yuki的童年記憶裡所保存的，卻是夜晚的樹德公園，且不時還流露出熱情熱切的氛圍。當時家中的男性長輩會牽著年幼的她，在晚飯後去公園一角聽人「講古」或「講話」。但到底，是什麼樣的「講話」，需要藉著帶孩子散步的名義，才好出去參加呢？

Yuki，1968年出生，是家中么女，成長並受愛護於小康家庭中，自小和家人居住在位於離豬屠口僅相隔一條昌吉街的蓬萊里樓房__至今家中長輩仍生活在此地。
從兒時起，昌吉街的另一側，就是父親殷殷告誡不可前往的「危險所在」。然而在她兒時所就學的大同國小裡，有一大部分的同學，都來自街的那一頭......。
6月中旬的一個上午，她在多年後又跨越了那條兒少時隱形的空間界線，來到樹德公園的老樹下，講述了屬於她的豬屠口經驗。
