2020年6月，跨國旅行完全停擺、還沒有 Covid 疫苗的時候，《旅行熱炒店》這個 Podcast 節目誕生了。名稱是上架前臨時想的，封面圖是隨便做的，音檔是自己寫程式提交到各平台的，一切都很簡單原始，結果竟然就這樣做了六年。
這六年是一趟始料未及的奇妙旅程。從聲音創作延伸到資訊圖表、入圍媒體獎項、出版文字作品、每年不間斷舉辦免費實體活動。時至今日，《旅行熱炒店》早已如同吃飯、運動、休息一般，成為我生活規律的一部份。
