輔仁大學宗教學系在台灣這片多元文化的美麗社會中，宗教所展現的多元景象與和平互助，使得台灣的宗教榮象受到世界的矚目。輔仁大學宗教學系多年來辛勤耕耘宗教研究，已歷三十年有餘，近年更受到國際肯定，2020-2021年進入QS世界大學分科排名51-100名區間。「誰是瑞立君」由宗教學系師生團隊策劃與錄製，除主線「誰是瑞立君」，尚有「青年瑞立君」（大學部學生：青年魔法師（大三）、初級魔法師（大一）、「在職瑞立君」（碩士在職專班）及「秘思瑞立君」（在職專班所友會）等支線節目，希望能在宗教研究的基礎上，介紹各種宗教相關現象與科普知識，讓更多人能認識當代的宗教研究發展與台灣宗教的社會文化現況。
