    我是每年可能加起来有二十天会失眠,断断续续,一般在夏天较多,冬天不会。对声音温度都很敏感,播客里讲的方法我要去认真实践一下,因为真的很像改变,否则我会很焦虑。也意识到自己确实有许多不足,比如睡前在玩手机或打游戏,白天精力消耗不够,伴侣轻微大呼但我会很受影响~失眠导致我更焦虑,心情不好,拉着伴侣半夜起来听我诉苦(真的难为他了,他第二天还要早起上班😂)。总之,我要放平心态,去调整自己。
