However, while you have your own thoughts…consider learning to listen to your guests actively, be still & don’t rush their thoughts and words, be witty but refrain from insults when you disagree, hold YOURSELF accountable as the host, genuinely listen to learn about the lives of your guest and VALUE EVERY VOICE …even when you disagree. I love you but you completely mishandled this interview. It was very emotionally charged based on your personal experience. It screamed bitterness. I was really was disappointed. It would have been a great conversation to hear his perspective and yours without interruption. It was very judgmental and lacked grace. You don’t know these people’s story.
