普段別々に暮らしている親戚と一堂に会する時間は、あったらあったで面倒もあるかもしれないけれど、ないとないで寂しいもの。
でも、「祖父祖母の大きな家」とか、「毎年必ず集まる伝統」がないと、ゼロから始めるのはなかなかにハードルが高いし、誰がその先陣を切るのか？という問題も。

最近、池田緑 著「ジェンダーの考え方 権力とポジショナリティから考える入門書」を読んで、ポジショナリティという概念を深く考えさせられたナッツ。
ポジショナリティの定義としては「帰属する社会的集団や社会的属性がもたらす利害関係にかかわる政治的な位置性」「集団間の権力関係が個人的関係に及ぼす権力性を分析する概念」とのことですが、それをもう少しかみ砕いて、どういうことなのかと、ジェンダー学との関連性を話しつつ、自分たちが帰属する属性によるポジショナリティとか、その特権性についても話しました。

ただ、これまでの発言や取り組みから、どうしてもジェンダー平等に向けて動いてくれる総理大臣ではなさそう…そんな人物なのに、「女性総理大臣誕生！」と持ち上げるのに違和感があったり、「性別より何をやるかだ」という意見もたくさんあるのはとてもわかります。
