4月に電話でメッセージを頂いた東大牛乳料理会「GYU-NEW」の活動を見てみたくなり、先日行ってきました。今回は、その様子を放送。東大近くにある文京区立向丘地域活動センター2階の調理室。この日は、11名のメンバーが集まり、牛乳料理をする中、皆さんにお話を伺いました。そして、牛乳を使ったシューマイ、シチュー、パン、最後にデザートまで頂きました。彼らの活動から、みんなで料理をすることだけでなく、みんなで食事をする楽しさも感じ、アメリカの社会学者レイ・オルデンバーグ氏によって提唱される自宅や職場以外の... more
今週は、千葉県館山市 (株) SO-up代表取締役（共同代表）の安藤真人さんからメッセージが届きました。後継者不足が深刻な酪農業に新規就農者を呼び込み地域活性化につなげることを目指し、安藤さんを含め、地元の酪農家2名、獣医師1名、飼料の運送会社1名の4人で、2017年に立ち上げたSO-upの経緯と、新築された牛舎の特徴、現在取り組まれていることをお話し頂き、さらに、酪農発祥の地「安房」の酪農を絶やさないことへの想いなどを語られていました。
