您是否會積極主動伸手協助，
或是要他人再三請求才會接受？
無論是上述的哪一種，
我會在祈禱中先和天主談一談嗎？
為什麼聖依納爵認這個步驟很重要？
如同十二月十四日智語所說的，
有些事是為了別人的好處，其實你可以不必做，
或是可以暫時放下不做；
有些事已經做了，雖然不是壞事，可能是不要去做的，
所以做事之前先跟天主談一下。
對聖依納爵來說，
「未徵詢就教於天主之前，不做任何事」... more

拉丁文的法律格言「法律是善良與公平的藝術」，
說明從事法律工作不只是一門專業，更是一門藝術。
法官要秉持中立、公正及公平的原則，
不應該與原告或被告相互對立或爭執，
否則就會違反公平審判的精神。
在法律上除非有實際的證據，否則要假定這個人無罪，
另外不能片面的只聽自以為是受害者的話，
但是首先要聆聽他，給他機會訴說，
之後再讓被控者從另一個角度陳述，
證人是第三人，曾經親自看見、聽見事實的經過， more

「聆聽比說話容易。」經驗中好像不是這樣，
在生活中聆聽並不容易，在對話中常常會聽到：
「請聽我說」、「聽聽我好嗎？」
代表對方不聽或沒有真實的聆聽，
從天主創造的角度看，人有兩隻耳朵卻只有一張嘴，
聆聽應該比說話容易，但當人從左耳進右耳出時，
聆聽就變不容易了。
這句智語所說的是在靈修生活要達到的目標，
起步階段聆聽確實不容易，
因為天主是省話的父，祂不會向人喋喋不休，
只在關鍵時刻才發出訊息。
