閉上眼睛，做幾深呼吸，讓自己放鬆下來。
想像你的恐懼是一個個小小的影子，
正躲在房間的角落。
但別怕，因為夜燈的光一直照着它們，
那些影子沒有辦法變大，也沒有辦法靠近你。
你可以在心裡對這些影子說：
「我看到你們了，你們只是我心裡的小擔心，
不是真的會傷害我的東西。」
說完，再深吸一口氣，感受光又亮了一點點，
那些影子好像又淡了一點點。
目光注視着夜燈的暖光：
吸氣，吸進光的溫暖；
呼氣，想像恐懼被光照透，像冰雪融化一樣慢慢消失... more

我願意把我的祈禱和我今天的生活奉獻給天主，
使我的一切意向言語和行為都為侍奉讚美至尊唯一的天主。

閉上眼睛，做幾次深呼吸，感受身體與光的連結。
想像你站在落日觀景台，
雙手搭在木質欄杆上，欄杆被太陽曬得暖烘烘的，
掌心能清晰摸到木紋的凹凸，還飄着淡淡的松木香。
喝一口瓶裝涼水，清冽在舌尖散開。
山風裹着草木的清澀味吹過臉頰，舒服又愜意。
保持雙手搭欄杆的姿勢：
吸氣，吸進山風與光的暖意，讓胸口慢慢被光的溫暖填得滿滿的；
呼氣，呼出心裡的空落落的寒氣，感受自己被光填滿的溫暖。
感受光的撫摸，笑着對自己說：
