伴隨著音樂聲，讓我們慢慢地安靜下來，
有意識地回到內心深處，開始今天的省察。
我們今天省察的主題是「活在當下」。
此時此刻去意識祂與我正在一起，
跟著心去感受去享受這份同在的美好。
首先我為過去所領受到的全部祝福和各樣恩典，而獻上感恩，
不論是大的還是小的，此刻能回想到的還是模糊記憶中的，
我都為此向這位至高者獻上我內心的感恩與讚美。
接下來我邀請這位至高者進入我的思想中，
和我一同回看過往這周的生活，
