閉上眼睛，做幾次深呼吸，
讓廚房的煙火氣慢慢包圍自己。
煲湯的手輕撫砂鍋的壁，
溫乎乎的觸感裡能感受到湯汁的輕微震動，
香氣飄滿整個廚房。
拿起湯勺嚐一口，鮮美的味道在舌尖散開，讓人讚嘆；
手裡微涼的金屬湯勺與湯的暖意在指尖交織，舒服又安心。
聞着雞湯調整呼吸：
吸氣，讓鮮香輕輕裹住全身，心裡的雜亂、煩躁慢慢散開；
呼氣，對生活的焦慮、不滿隨呼氣飄走；
指尖能更穩地握着湯勺，感受這份從容。

拆開剛入手的網購包裹，
閉上眼睛，做幾次深呼吸，讓期待的心情慢慢醞釀。
想像指尖劃過包裹的紙盒，勾起淡淡的油墨味；
撕開膠帶時「刺啦」的聲響，像在開箱期待已久的驚喜。
拿出裡面的新圍巾，柔軟輕觸著皮膚，
還帶着陽光曬過的暖意；
心裡雀躍，興奮感像小兔子一樣，快要跳出來。
摸着新圍巾調整呼吸：
吸氣，吸進毛線的暖，讓興奮的心情在心裡慢慢散開；
呼氣，對驚喜的緊張、不安隨呼氣飄走；
指尖能更清晰地摸到圍巾的柔軟材質，感受這份快樂。
