感恩慈悲的龍德 上師，將深奧的佛法開示得如此透明而純粹，不為世風所轉。
記得 上師曾經開示：難得生而為人，有很多事情不去嘗試、不去做都沒有關係。但我們一定要擁有的，就是對於佛法的興趣。
透過聽佛法，我們會瞭解到學佛就是要面對生死議題：生從何來？死往何去？這個課題在每分每秒的無常之間，不斷迴盪。如何應對？就是要「降伏自心」，我們所做的善、惡抉擇，甚至是內心的念頭，對於我們未來的生活以及來世，都有重要的影響。
聽了 上師的開示有五年的時間，我從一個迷惘而叛逆的少女，成為一個願意自省的人。因為有 上師，我選擇吃素、投入現代蔬食環保的推廣行列。同時結合自己本有的專業，找到一份符合佛法思想的文化傳承的志業。這一路走來雖然不容易，但真的非常值得
