般若沐卓儿上古典籍《尚书》，五经之一。被称为“政书之祖 史书之源”，是中国第一部上古历史经卷。
按时间顺序编排为[虞书] [夏书] [商书] [周书]四部分，有上千年的跨度。其文体有典、谟、训、诰、誓、命六种，其内容主要是君臣之间的言论、对话以及训诰和誓命等，饱含了中国传统的修齐治平的智慧。作为虞、夏、商、周文化的总汇，《尚书》是上古圣君贤臣智慧的荟萃，阐述的是治国的大道，篇篇都是中华文化的精华。因此《尚书》一直为古代的帝王和大臣所必读，同时也是读书人必修的经典。故曰：男儿欲遂平生志，五经勤向窗前读。
