  • Great for inspiration and reflection

Really enjoyed the episode on what Ash would do differently if she were rebuilding her business in 2026 because I’m currently in the process - mentally - figuring out what I want to keep and what I want to let go of in my business. Gave me lots to think about and was enjoyable to listen to.

  • Always SO grounding!

I could listen to Ash talk all day every day lol, but her topics are also so timely for me - seems to hit just right every time. She shares such insightful and thoughtful stories that make me feel less alone and gives me permission to stop trying to DO soooo much all the time. Highly recommend to anyone but especially to those women who are feeling on the edge - or all the way in the deep end - of burnout.

  • Breath of fresh air

I’m so glad Ashley is back to podcasting again! She is real & honest and she isn’t giving you tips because she’s MASTERED life, instead it’s relatable that even if it may look from the outside like someone’s got it all figured out, it means nothing without peace and happiness. Ashley shares her real struggles I so appreciate that
