Just listened to your episode with Jessi, and I appreciate the authenticity of hearing about how dieting HAS WORKED…. Until it didn’t. Such a REAL conversation. And OMG now Jessi is such an inspiration!
Diet culture is EVERYWHERE, and it is so difficult sometimes to know what is real versus not real. Julie and her guests do such an amazing job discussing these relevant and poignant topics, and you leave each episode feeling encouraged and refreshed. Here’s to dismantling the messed-up standards of society!
I love how Julie is focused on reminding listeners of our self-worth and how to gently care for and appreciate our bodies and all they do for us. She’s sincere and knowledgeable, and also kind and forgiving which is the best combo for talking about food and health!
