    I was guided by my spirit team to go to a metaphysical shop. Where i was pulled to Rhonda’s book, “ The cauldron and the drum. I flipped open the book, and there was the starting of a chapter on trauma. A subject I’m all too familiar with. When I got home, I started reading, couldn’t put her book down.
