  • Mathurin takes

Makes no sense to trade mathurin. Talent wins in this league. We saw how the Thunder won with way more talent than anyone else. Mathurin can be the second best player on this team potentially. Why trade star level talent like Mathurin for someone that is so called a better “fit.” We don’t make game 7 in the finals without Mathurin’s 27 in game 3. If anyone gets traded its walker or sheppard who cannot shoot.

Q: What's the value of trading for Mathurin now?
Teams may want to trade for him to have his bird rights and see how he could help in the playoffs to potentially sign him long-term.

Q: How hard is it to just go through a season, not just a route for losses, but also want to see that development from your young core?
It's really difficult, especially navigating the need to lose while still wanting to see evaluation of the players.
Did the Hoosiers Championship Lift the Curse of Indiana Sports? Pacers-76ers Recap + Draft Talk with Ryan Hammer
Q: Could the Pacers trade back in the draft?
I don't think it's crazy to trade back one spot if they are sold on a player and can get good assets in return.

Q: What do you think about Cam Boozer's ability to play at the next level?

Q: What is Darren Peterson's fit with the Pacers?
Darren has been that good. The game comes easy to him, and he would be a great fit playing alongside Tyrese as a playmaker.
