I’m a psychologist, not a lawyer and I’ve been following this case closely and have felt very bad this whole time for Justin Baldoni, right from the beginning. I haven’t fully understood the legal aspects of it, and certainly not the way you do, but it has just seemed that - YES! - Blake is getting all the help from the media and from the judge. But Justin has the people of these United States on his side. it’s clear Baldoni wants to go to court to have his name cleared.
I really enjoy how quick the episodes run, she gets to the point without over complicating the topic and ranting for over an hour like other podcasters do.
Theresa is fantastic! I love this podcast. It’s great she does it alone, she sort of laughs to herself (which cracks me up) no stupid commercials and SO FASCINATING! I’ve learned a lot and I can’t believe how naive I’ve been on some topics
You can be Hispanic and racist if you’re of European descent and have no experience as a woman of color in a professional setting where you are subjected to double standards. I won’t be continuing to listen to this podcast. The host frequently makes sweeping generalizations, and while some of her points may have merit, the way she presents them is frustrating. What bothers me most is her tendency to rely on popular accusations, particularly labeling people as racist simply because they disagree with a Black individual.
As a Hispanic person, I find that approach dismissive and counterproductive. Not every disagreement is rooted in racism. Sometimes people are simply ... more

A sharp, opinionated show that breaks down celebrity news, legal issues, and behind-the-scenes Hollywood dynamics through the lens of a retired litigator. Episodes center on high-profile cases, PR missteps, and the interplay between media narratives and legal strategy, with a strong emphasis on practical takeaways for those in entertainment PR, marketing, and law. Noteworthy is the host's ability to translate complex legal concepts into layperson terms, often weaving personal anecdotes and industry context to illuminate broader trends in Hollywood storytelling and public perception.
