  • A star helping us feel less lonely on our journey to self love

The title says it all... from the first listen, i guarantee you will fall in love with Areena’s voice. But it is not shallow, the topics are powerful and important! I love how you can have (in this podcast) a friend who is/has been through stuff just like you and gives you gentle advice on how to take care of you, how to love yourself! For that I am so thankful! ❤️❤️❤️

Q: What role did you play in your past relationships that didn't work, and how did you find the strength to change?
