  • Mind-boggling stories and the teller has a really pleasant voice and pace

I follow Scary Interesting on YouTube and figured I’d give this podcast a go, for whenever I’m not able to physically watch. I love it! I was already a fan and love that there’s also a podcast form of this YT channel 😍. Keep up the good work!

  • What Happened in this Orphanage was Terrifying

First off, love the podcast. I liked how this episode started with context of the American Civil War, from a Canadian perspective. As an American student at a Canadian college, sometimes the context is more interesting than what really happened. But in this case, you meant to say 1863, not “1963.” The American Civil War took place from 1861 to 1863.

  • Too much censorship

I can hardly listen because words that are crucial to the story are being edited out. I gave you a pass on calling SLAVES “captives,” but that was putting you on notice. I’m an adult, I don’t need my listing pleasure to catered to kids or advertisers.

  • Slow down!

Let me start by saying that these are very interesting stories told well, but omg, SLOW DOWN.

If this a real human,(I have my doubts) take a breath and read slower.

I have to put my speed at 75% just to try to understand. Otherwise you’ve got a good podcast.
