Thank you Luke and team for all your excellent work over the years. Wartime stories is more than just casual entertainment, it is a regular part of my day that I look forward to everyday!

  • Great Quality

The episodes are really good again. No AI voices just the real thing and the good storytelling. This podcast has been one of my favorites since I first discovered it two years ago. One of my favorite episodes and also happened to be one of the scarier ones in my opinion is the episode about the Kitsune. The war of the world’s episode is actually really good and interesting. I was so interested about the topic because of the way it was presented I picked the impact that the War of the Worlds book... more

  • Good stuff!

Listened to a few of these on YouTube before but podcasts are the perfect format for these tales! Great audio quality and stories!

Luke’s new “soothing” voice is weirding me out.

Boooo!!!! Ad for AI!!! No one wants to support that.

  • Great show, great atmosphere!

I fell in love with Wartime Stories on YouTube and was skeptical about how good it would be as a podcast. I am no longer a skeptic. Mr. Lamana’s narrations, the dramatizations, and the music are even more compelling when you hear it without the added visuals! The images evoked within my mind’s eye are far more haunting than the excellent artwork on his YouTube channel. This is by far my podcast of choice but I would suggest people check out his YouTube as well, which is also excellent. Thank you... more
