Both Dr. Gibson and Dr. Lieneman explained the principles of Parent-child interaction therapy thoroughly. I liked how it was broken down to show how this therapy strengthens the relationship between the parent and child and how it addressed behaviors that are disruptive. The information was presented very neatly and easily to follow. I also liked seeing the emphases on building positive relat... more

I really enjoyed listening to this podcast! I specifically listened to the Sanity x ABCT: Parent Child Interaction Therapy episode. It was nice for examples on how the parent/child interaction should go. I appreciate the emphasis on how discipline and time outs are useful sources in helping behaviors. I also enjoyed how it was questioned on what to do if certain methods didn’t work. Overall very informative and helpful episode!
