大阪市中央区の自宅で、男（３４）が、妻（５２）を暴行を加えて◯害し、その◯体を遺棄した罪に問われている事件。
男は事件当時、電話で知人に「妻を◯した、自首する」と話しており、また◯体遺棄を手伝ったと見られる共犯者は知人に「焼きながら解体して、岡山のダムに捨てた」と話しているという。しかし、この共犯者は警察の取調べ後に自◯している。
この裁判の第二回公判を傍聴した記録です。
大阪府大阪市此花区にあったパチンコ店が放火され、5人が◯亡した◯人事件。
犯人の高見素直（４１）は精神疾患や経済的困窮によって無差別◯人を計画。
よく出入りしていたパチンコ店にガソリンをまいて火を◯けた。
裁判では統合失調症を主張し「マークという組織に所属する超能力者みひによって、嫌がらせをうけたことに復讐するためだった」と主張したが、責任能力が認められ極刑判決となった。
そして2026年8月21日執行された。

交際していた男性の指を切断したなどとして、傷害罪に問われた女（２４）に対し、大阪地裁は２０２６年６月１９日、懲役３年、保護観察付き執行猶予５年の判決を言い渡した。
女は被害男性と２０２４年７月頃から同居。
９月に男性の左乳首をはさみで◯ったほか、１０月には左手薬指を斧で◯断。
女側は公判で、男性の同意があったなどと主張していた。
判決では、２人が相互依存を強めた末、女が被害男性のスマートフォンや現金を管理するなど、精神的、経済的に支配していたと指摘。
