45歳の犯人は、性犯罪の前科10犯で、前の懲役を終えてわずか8ヶ月。
偽の撮影依頼で当時21歳の女子大生を自宅へ呼び出し襲いかかりました。
事件後、自首した男。
裁判では「わい◯つ目的」の有無が争点となり、懲役27年の判決が言い渡されています。

下半期で取材したり傍聴した事件についてお話するイベントです。

1974年12月9日カナダ・オンタリオ州オシャワで発生した事件。
自宅のキッチンで、ビバリー・スミス（22）が何者かによって後頭部を銃撃されて◯害された。
2007年、被害者の隣に住んでいたアラン・スミスに対して、警察がおとり捜査「ミスター・ビッグ作戦」を実施。
犯人を騙して自白を引き出した。
裁判ではこのおとり捜査の手法が問題になるなどし、無罪判決が下された。
1996年4月、京都市右京区の京北病院で発生した事件。
末期癌で入院していた昏睡状態の48歳の患者に、病院の院長（５８）が独断で筋弛緩剤を投与し、およそ10分後に◯亡させたとして、◯人容疑で書類送検された。
最終的には、筋弛緩剤投与と患者の◯の因果関係が立証困難として、不起訴となった。

なにやら雑と言っている人がいますが、それはラジオを作っている人に失礼ですよね。
そんなこと言ってる人が「被害者の心のことを考えてるのか」
て言ってるのが、不快です。
言い間違えることはよくあることです。
失敗しないで生きてきた人はいません。
さむいぼさんが心の中で被害者のことをどう感じているのかを知らない人が知ったかぶりでレビュー書いてるの正直よくないと思います。
さむいぼさんは，被害者の人の心を考えてると思います。
これは僕の考えです。
しっかり事件などを詳しく解説してくれるのはとてもありがたいです。
