Absolutely love the podcast, but it amazes me that you guys dumped on twilight princess more than spirit tracks. Can’t figure that one out.
I actually quite like the new style of the plot recap. Listening to it made me feel like I was listening to a Tears of the Kingdom audiobook. However, I did feel that some of the songs and sounds were a bit awkwardly placed. If they were a bit better placed I could go along with it, but I fear that it would be easier to just do without the songs and sounds. But, overall, I really enjoyed it!
If you’re looking for a polished product, this is not that. The information and perspectives were entertaining at first, and the hosts are probably a fun hang in person. But they need to edit these both for pacing and sound issues.
Sacred Realms has revolutionized my morning commute. Started following somewhere around Zelda 2 and catching up with all the back episodes was very worth it. This show provides that pure nostalgia break my mundane mid 30s life needs. The banter feels just like a conversation with friends. Highly recommend for any Zelda fan, or retro gaming fan in general. Well done Willoughby brothers.
This is amazing! I started playing Zelda with breath of the Wild and their recap on it was amazing! I can’t wait for the tears of the kingdom season.
