Vielen Dank für den sehr informativen und ebenso hilfreichen Beitrag mit vielen Tipps zur Selbsthilfe.
In letzter Zeit bin ich vermehrt auf „medizinische“ Beiträge in Tageszeitungen gestossen, die darauf beharren, dass beispielsweise pro Tag 500 Einheiten Vitamin D völlig ausreichend seien bzw sogar davor warnen, dass höhere Dosen gesundheitsschädigend sein können.
Zum Glück habe ich eine Ärztin, die das so wie Dr. Schmiedel sieht.
