這一集其實是在工作非常忙碌的時候，擠了一點點點點的時間，想要回應在這一波Metoo運動中，我看到我們跟自己的身體與感受居然是如此地斷裂，以至於我們連最一開始承認自己的不舒服都要經過幾天甚至幾年的時間......非常心疼有類似遭遇的所有性別弱勢的人，因為我也曾經經歷過，而那感受會讓人對自己充滿懷疑......也許不是現在，但希望我們都能逐漸站在陽光下，坦然地面對自己的不舒服而不需要有任何愧疚。

覺得有點不好意思，我還是把下載數最多的單集砍了......QAQ 因為我真的覺得超過20分鐘的節目內容太長，而且這次我想從薩提爾模式的「冰山譬喻」切入，先從「期待」（他人對我、我對他人、我對自己）開始，讓大家可以從音樂的歌詞思考，讓內容更貼合自我探索的旅程，另一方面也多談一點「期待」是怎麼形成的。
