  • RVs and Truck stops

Was listening to this podcast and it’s fine to be polite but those spots, showers, rest areas are not just for truckers. They are just as much for any paying customer, tired traveler etc. my time off camping is just as valuable as I worked 60 to 100 hour weeks to earn them and I to am on a very tight schedule with limited time. Point being these services are for everyone that needs them not some just a particular group. I am polite when traveling but last I checked I pay taxes and pay for fuel a... more

  • Too many ads

I used to listen to Mike and Jennifer, but lately there have been more ads than content in their shows.

Also, it feels like they give a snippet of information, but are pushed to their blog to get the rest of the story.

The podcast now feels like more a revenue generator than a real podcast.

  • Note to Jennifer

Did you know your cover art has a different title than the podcast itself? (RV Lifestyle vs. The RV Podcast.). It might help people searching for your podcast if they were the same :-)

The Hidden Risk of Long RV Drives, Plus a Perfect Michigan Trip and Fuel-Saving Tips
Q: What are the common symptoms of a leg clot, and when should someone seek care?
Leg pain and swelling are most common, and unusual leg symptoms with shortness of breath or chest pain warrant urgent evaluation to rule out a clot traveling to the lungs.
The Hidden Risk of Long RV Drives, Plus a Perfect Michigan Trip and Fuel-Saving Tips
Q: How long do you have to be sitting before you really increase your risk of developing a blood clot?
More than four hours is the rough threshold for increased risk, with the risk rising further the longer you travel without breaks.
A First RV Trip That Turned Into a Whole New Life (Julio Interview)
Q: So after that trip, how long before you guys bought an RV? What'd you buy and why?
We rented repeatedly and then moved into a Class A motorhome a year later, recognizing the need for more space and comfort for a growing family, including grandparents traveling with them.
A First RV Trip That Turned Into a Whole New Life (Julio Interview)
Q: Back to this multi-generational experience that you have. Talk about that. How it brings the family closer together.
The RV lifestyle allows more time together, with space and mobility that keeps three generations connected on trips, turning visits into extended family adventures rather than short getaways.
