Just listened to the first 15 episodes and I’m loving this podcast. It really helped me train for my first half-marathon. Thanks Brian and Lisa!
Season 1 was good, I'm really stuck on season 2. There's about 5 episodes in a row that are largely Lisa talking about her heart rate. With a very small segment about Park Runs (eg) at the end. Very little actual "running technique tips".
