Great podcast . Especially for for an amateur runner like me from a remote place southern India . It opened up the world of running to me . Thank You .

Don’t get me wrong, while it is a great source of learning and inspiration for anyone who is into running, it is more relatable for those from India from an overall culture, lifestyle and diet point of view. Mr Raj is doing a fantastic job in bringing a variety of guests on the show, most of who are pioneers in their own fields. Kudos to you, Mr Raj! And keep this great show RUNNING STRONG! More power to you and God bless... more
