The run was completed and the podcast has evolved and feature... more

Trevor’s podcast is a great listen for anyone who enjoys running. Covering park runs right up to races that make my feet ache just thinking about them.
Lots of great content for all. Thanks.
If you have any interest in trail running, this is a brilliant collection of tales from people doing extraordinary events. Trevor does a great job of making people feel at ease and letting the guest share their experiences. Scroll down all the episodes and chances are there will be a person or an event of interest to you. Great listening.
Having known Trevor through Truro running club I confess to getting to listening to his podcast very late, 2023. And not even realising his 44@60 endeavour. But I’ve found myself continually listening to one episode after another. I love his genuine engagement with the sport and how I’ve found myself nodding away to every episode. Well put together and excellent listening. 👍
An excellent podcast and great to hear about the various local events and tips regarding training and nutrition. Definitely inspired me to get off the road and onto the trails. Thank you also for the shoutout in episode 114!
I’ve bumped into Trevor a couple of times both as a runner and marshal. He is always encouraging and his podcast feels like a real authentic and genuine voice from our local running community. I enjoy listening to his experiences in running events and also his interviews. Well worth a listen!
Found this podcast fairly recently and have been going back over old episodes. As a Cornish runner who runs a lot of the events discussed here (Classic Quarter, RAT, Arc etc) it's great to hear interviews with other local runners about these events.
Trevor has a great natural style which makes this an easy listen too, highly recommended!

44@60 has been such a great podcast to follow.
Much of Trevor’s training for the CQ coincided with the build up to my first marathon, and listening was a constant source of useful knowledge and inspiration.
Hoping it continues even now the original 44@60 challenge is over, and I look forward to the book!
Even though I only came across this podcast now I really enjoy it. Thanks!

A friend recommended I listened to Trevor’s podcasts. Well I am now working my way through them and very glad I found them. The guest interviews are an entertaining mix of anecdotes and running tips. Listening to Trevor has even inspired me attempt the Classic Quarter in 2022. Thanks Trevor! 😬
Always like listening to these podcasts Trevor. Keep up the good work. Aidan
Such a great little pod cast. Love the easy relaxed style, very down to earth and honest and the guests are just great. Real tips for real people
Has got me inspired again to do another Ultra
Great job !
