Trevor’s podcast is a great listen for anyone who enjoys running. Covering park runs right up to races that make my feet ache just thinking about them.
Lots of great content for all. Thanks.
If you have any interest in trail running, this is a brilliant collection of tales from people doing extraordinary events. Trevor does a great job of making people feel at ease and letting the guest share their experiences. Scroll down all the episodes and chances are there will be a person or an event of interest to you. Great listening.
Having known Trevor through Truro running club I confess to getting to listening to his podcast very late, 2023. And not even realising his 44@60 endeavour. But I’ve found myself continually listening to one episode after another. I love his genuine engagement with the sport and how I’ve found myself nodding away to every episode. Well put together and excellent listening. 👍
An excellent podcast and great to hear about the various local events and tips regarding training and nutrition. Definitely inspired me to get off the road and onto the trails. Thank you also for the shoutout in episode 114!
I’ve bumped into Trevor a couple of times both as a runner and marshal. He is always encouraging and his podcast feels like a real authentic and genuine voice from our local running community. I enjoy listening to his experiences in running events and also his interviews. Well worth a listen!
