Your 3/29/21 podcast Re: treadmill running cleared up SO many questions for me! I’ve been trying MAF training this past winter (mostly treadmill) and felt like some progress had been made. But the first time I tried MAF outside, it was a bomb. HR shot up right away even after what I felt was a proper warmup and even though I was barely shuffling.
