I’ve been doing the guided runs, and I just love them. I can only run from Oct-Mar due to weather, so I find myself redoing the guided runs year after year to get back into running. Love the humor and the stories and the relevant discussion about running.
This podcast may be good for fast runners but is not inclusive for a lot of people in the sport.
Just listened to my first episode, about how to push your limits. I love Kelly’s comfortable style and affirming advice. She makes running so approachable, and is fun to listen to. Looking forward to more!
